The Turkish leader noted that today the international system often neglects many issues: “We hope for the OTS to become an organization that keeps pace with changing conditions and presents a united stance on international matters.
In a context where we face various security challenges, developing dialogue with third parties is important. In this regard, the OTS+ format will bring new momentum to our relations with third parties,” Erdoğan added.
