The Turkish Embassy in Baku has responded to the recent issues regarding the “fake news” about Azerbaijan circulating in Türkiye, APA reports.
According to APA, Alptekin Cihangir İşbilir, press counselor of the Turkish Embassy, said at a meeting held at the Youth Aid Fund that they are working to develop the Türkiye-Azerbaijan Media Platform and increase its involvement in the processes.
“We will fight against internal and external forces trying to undermine Türkiye-Azerbaijan relations. Mutual dialogue must be held, and these forces must be confronted. We need to become even more connected with each other. We will not leave any gaps for interference. There are those who fall into the games of internal and external forces trying to damage Azerbaijan-Türkiye relations. But we must unite even more closely against this,” he noted.
