“I hope that next year, when we come to Karabakh, we will witness even more development,” said Secretary General of the Economic Cooperation Organization (ECO), Asad Majid Khan, at the opening of the ECO Youth Forum in Aghdam, held under the theme “Enhancing the Role of Youth in Building a Sustainable and Climate-Resilient Future,” APA reports.
The ECO Secretary General noted that young people can easily connect and continue their cooperation in the future: “This region will develop through the efforts of youth. We must understand each other better. I met with the rector of Karabakh University and discussed future plans. I would like to see student exchange programs between Karabakh University and universities in ECO member states. Without scientific knowledge and education, youth skills cannot be fully developed. I thank the Azerbaijani government for its support of the Forum.”
