"Due to our traditions, women have a say not only in the family, but also in governance," Fuat Oktay, Chairman of the Foreign Relations Committee of the Grand National Assembly of Türkiye told journalists, APA reports.

He said that they are happy to see a strong Azerbaijan: “Every time we come, Baku develops even further, increases its wealth and shares this wealth with the people. We will visit Garabagh tomorrow and see the restoration process on the spot. The Turks do not destroy where they go, they build and establish where they go. After the destruction of Armenia, Azerbaijan is developing and restoring Garabagh. During the second Garabagh war and the one-day anti-terrorist measures, some parliaments, especially France, tried to spread disinformation under the name of “Armenian lands being occupied.” But those lands belong to the Turks. We lived the Khojaly massacre and we must not forget this. We always attach importance to peace and stability. We do not have eyes in other people's lands, but if someone has an eye in our lands, we will also gouge that eye out.”
