China supports Azerbaijan's expansion of relations with the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, said President of the People's Republic of China Xi Jinping, during a meeting with President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev in Tianjin, China, APA reports.
Xi Jinping noted the importance of direct dialogue between Azerbaijan and Armenia in ensuring lasting peace. The President of the People's Republic of China also said that China supports our country's sovereign development model, emphasizing that China is committed to the principle of non-interference in the internal affairs of other countries.
