Peace between Azerbaijan and Armenia will improve economic development in the region and bring stability and security, former President of the European Council Charles Michel told journalists, APA reports.
He noted that deciding on the peace agreement was an extremely courageous step: “I strongly support all efforts being made to strengthen this peace agreement. Because I think this agreement will be a very strong foundation for the development of connections in the region, will improve economic development in the region, and will increase people’s welfare thanks to greater stability and security, as well as enable the implementation of projects.”
