Natalya Kochanova, Chairperson of the Council of the Republic of the National Assembly of Belarus arrived in Azerbaijan on an official visit on February 18, APA reports.
The guest was welcomed at Heydar Aliyev International Airport by Deputy Speaker of the Milli Majlis (Azerbaijani Parliament) Musa Gasimli, Head of the Working Group on Interparliamentary Relations with Belarus Ziyad Samadzade, member of the group Khanlar Fatiyev, Ambassadors of both countries Maharram Aliyev, Dmitry Pinevich and other officials.
As part of her official visit to the country, the Chairwoman of the Council of the Republic of the National Assembly of Belarus, Natalya Kochanova, will hold a number of meetings and will also participate in the 15th plenary session of the Asian Parliamentary Assembly.
