“As Turkic states, we should participate together on global platforms,” said Türkiye’s Vice President Cevdet Yılmaz at the meeting of prime ministers of OTS member states in Baku, APA reports.
He noted that the Prime Minister of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus also attends the event today: “The island of Cyprus has gained greater importance in light of recent developments in the region.”
Cevdet Yılmaz thanked President Ilham Aliyev and the Azerbaijani government for their support to Northern Cyprus. He invited OTS members to build economic and other ties with Northern Cyprus.
