"Military cooperation between France and Armenia will expand even further until 2027. This factor will make Armenia even more dependent on France and serve against Azerbaijan's interests," Robert Cutler, a researcher at the Institute of European, Russian & Eurasian Studies, Carleton University, said at an event held by the AIR Center in Baku on the topic of  "France and the Armenia-Azerbaijan Conflict", APA reports.

He noted that France is sending Armenia ammunition, and military equipment, as well as Air Defense Systems and night vision devices. He added that the weapons sent by France have long-range firing capabilities: "In this case, despite Armenia's statements, Baku can strengthen its military cooperation with Israel and Türkiye. Military cooperation between France and Armenia will expand until 2027 and will serve against Azerbaijan's interests. It is already 2025, and France is no longer a neutral mediator but a country providing military support to Armenia. In 2026, Armenia will hold parliamentary elections. Under such circumstances, France will further strengthen its relations with Armenia. The impact of this factor on the region is under question."
