“We are resolved to expand cooperation in the field of energy,” said Rumen Radev, President of the Republic of Bulgaria during joint press statements with Ilham Aliyev, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan held after expanded meeting with Azerbaijani President, APA reports.
Rumen Radev said that there are connections in other areas as well: “We even cooperate at the municipal level. We have joint relations in the field of digitization, green energy, tourism, and culture. That’s why we signed the Joint Declaration on Strengthening Strategic Partnership between the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Republic of Bulgaria. This is about raising our relations to a higher level. A Business Forum is being held, documents are signed there too. We will do our best to restore stability in our region."
