The United Kingdom continues to support the development of new trade and investment opportunities for Azerbaijani businesses, British Ambassador to Azerbaijan Duncan Norman said on his X account, APA reports.
“We are further strengthening our partnership that contributes to economic growth. During the first visit to Azerbaijan by Lord Anas Sarwar, Minister of State for Trade at the UK Department for Business, Innovation, Science and Trade and Co-Chair of the Joint Intergovernmental Commission, we met with President Ilham Aliyev. As Azerbaijan’s largest foreign investor, the United Kingdom continues to support the development of new trade and investment opportunities for businesses in both countries,” the ambassador emphasized.
