Belgium has condemned the drone attacks on Nakhchivan, Belgium’s Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Maxime Prévot wrote on his social media account, APA reports.

“Belgium strongly condemns yesterday’s drone attack on Nakhchivan Airport, which injured civilians and damaged civilian infrastructure. I express my full solidarity with the people and the government of Azerbaijan.

Any escalation by Iran undermines the chances of returning to stability. We call for restraint and respect for international law,” the minister noted.
