Julien de Fraipont, Ambassador of Belgium to Azerbaijan, extended his condolences over the death of a person in a landmine incident, APA reports.
"I extend my sincere condolences to the family and the colleagues of Mr. Mughan Matili who tragically lost his life while performing his duties. My thoughts are with ANAMA and those bravely working in #demining efforts in the affected regions of Azerbaijan," the ambassador said on his social media account.
Note that a mine incident occurred today in the territory of the village of Ashagi Abdurrahmanli in the Fuzuli district, which was liberated from occupation.
ANAMA employee Matili Mugan Rafayil oglu, born in 1995, was killed as a result of an anti-tank mine explosion while performing his official duties.
