Baku Initiative Group signs memorandum with International Sikh Federation - PHOTO

A memorandum has been signed between the Baku Initiative Group and the International Sikh Federation, APA reports.

The document was signed by Abbas Abbasov, Executive Director of the Baku Initiative Group, and Bual Moninder Singh, Chairman of the Canadian Sikh Federation.

The memorandum was signed within the framework of the international conference titled “June 1984, the Amritsar Events: India’s Transnational Repression Against Ethnic Minorities in the Context of Genocide,” held in Baku.

Abbas Abbasov stated that the document will regulate relations to be established in the academic sphere.
