An exhibition titled “Not All of Them. Portraits of War Refugees,” featuring photographs of Ukrainian refugees living in Lithuania, has been held in Baku, APA reports.
The exhibition, organized jointly by Khazar University and the Embassy of Lithuania, was attended by Ukraine’s ambassador Yuriy Husyev, other diplomats, students, and media representatives.
Lithuanian Prime Minister Inga Ruginienė stated that Lithuanians voluntarily opened their homes to Ukrainian refugees.
The Lithuanian Prime Minister also spoke about the resilience of the Ukrainian people.
“Looking into the eyes of the people in the photographs, one can see that the Ukrainian people are invincible,” the Prime Minister noted.
Ukraine’s ambassador Yuriy Husyev thanked Azerbaijan and Lithuania for their support to his country.
The ambassador described Azerbaijan and Lithuania as a second home for Ukrainians.
The event continued with an artistic program.
At the end, the guests of the event became acquainted with the photographs displayed at the exhibition.
