Today, an international conference was held by the Baku Initiative Group entitled "The illegal French occupation of Mayotte Island in the Union of the Comoros", APA reports.
Within the framework of the conference, a flashmob was organized and full support for the territorial integrity of the Union of the Comoros was expressed.
At the end of the event, the Final Statement was adopted by the participants. At the same time, a Memorandum on cooperation was signed between the Maore Committee and the Baku Initiative Group.
Noted that the main goal of the Maore Committee is to return Mayotte to the Union of the Comoros.
