The Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry has made a post on social media accounts on the occasion of 27 September - the Day of Remembrance, APA reports.
"Today marks 4 years since the beginning of the 44-day Patriotic War, as a result of which the territorial integrity of our country was restored. Thanks to the determination and will of the valiant Azerbaijani Army under the leadership of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Supreme Commander-in-Chief, an end was put to the nearly 30-year occupation of our lands, the violation of the fundamental rights of our citizens and the norms of international law. On Remembrance Day we honor the memory of our martyrs with deep respect and gratitude," the Ministry of Foreign Affairs wrote on its page on X.
