Azerbaijan's Foreign Ministry has extended condolences regarding the tragic loss of life resulting from the devastating of a roof collapse in Novi Sad, Serbia, APA reports.
"We are deeply saddened by a devastating tragedy that occured in Novi Sad, Serbia, resulting in tragic loss of lives and a large number of injured. We express heartfelt condolences to the families who lost loved ones, to the friendly people and Government of Serbia, and wish a swift recovery to those injured," the Ministry stated on X.
Note that at least 14 people died after the roof of a railway station collapsed in northern Serbia on Friday. More than 30 people were injured, local media reports said. The government declared a day of mourning on Saturday.
