The list of foreign countries in a state of war and armed conflict where diplomatic missions and consulates of the Republic of Azerbaijan operate has been amended, APA reports.
Prime Minister Ali Asadov signed a decision in this regard.
Under the decision, diplomatic missions and consulates in the Islamic Republic of Iran have been added to Annex No. 6 to the Rules on the Provision of Benefits and Compensation to Diplomatic Service Employees — the “List of foreign countries in a state of war and armed conflict where diplomatic missions and consulates of the Republic of Azerbaijan operate.”
This decision applies from March 1, 2026, and will remain in force until December 31, 2026.
