The European Union Mission in Armenia (EUMA) continues its observations on the border with Azerbaijan, APA reports.
This time, European observers arrived in several vehicles at the areas bordering Lachin and Zangilan districts and conducted visual observations. They observed the surroundings, including Azerbaijani territories, with binoculars.
The movements of the observers were under the full control of Azerbaijani border guards.
Azerbaijani border guards monitored and recorded the movements of members of the European Union Mission in Armenia both by car and on foot from the Fatalipaya area of Lachin district and the Seyidler village of Zangilan district.
Note that the European Union Mission in Armenia regularly conducts observations along the border with Azerbaijan. Information and images about this are regularly published in the Azerbaijani press. Some time ago, APA also published report and video about the activities of European observers in the border area with the Gazakh district.
Recall that the mandate of the European Union's 200-person observation mission on the border of Armenia with Azerbaijan has been extended for another two years - until February 19, 2027.
