Azerbaijan's attitude towards Northern Cyprus should be an example to other Turkic states, Committee Chair at Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus Yasemin Öztürk said as she delivered a speech at the First Meeting of the Foreign Affairs Committee Chairs of the Parliaments of the Turkic States held in Baku, APA reports.
According to her, the brotherly relations of Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus and Azerbaijan are not new, these ties have been ongoing for years:
"Our ties are further developing following the Victory in Second Garabagh War. We wish for these relations to be accepted as an example among Turkic states."
