But it is just a diaspora activity and it cannot have a serious effect. For example, they are trying to block the participation of the Azerbaijani delegation in PACE. But it doesn't matter and it will change, because the absence of Azerbaijan is a loss for PACE. They will "miss" Azerbaijan. And one day, the Azerbaijani delegation will return to its place," the Turkish diplomat said.
At the same time, he noted that in a world where there is Azerbaijan and Türkiye friendship, no organization will be able to harm Türkiye and Azerbaijan.
