The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Jeyhun Bayramov, met with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Bakhtiyor Saidov, APA reports citing Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA).
The meeting took place within the framework of the 51st session of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC).
The parties discussed bilateral cooperation, regional and global developments, particularly the Israel-Iran escalation, and the prospects for expanded strategic partnership between Azerbaijan and Uzbekistan.
