Azerbaijani, Turkish Foreign Ministers hold phone conversation

On January 22, Azerbaijan’s Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov made a phone call to Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan, APA reports citing MFA press service.

Jeyhun Bayramov expressed his condolences regarding the tragic fire at a hotel in the Kartalkaya ski resort in Bolu province. He wished Allah’s mercy upon the deceased, patience for their loved ones, and a swift recovery for the injured.

FM Bayramov emphasized that Azerbaijan stands in solidarity with brotherly Türkiye during these difficult times, sharing in its grief. He also expressed hope that such a tragedy would not occur again and assured that Azerbaijan is ready to provide any necessary assistance.

Minister Hakan Fidan expressed his gratitude for the condolences and the support extended during this challenging period.
