Today, Prime Minister of Azerbaijan Ali Asadov met with a delegation led by Sardar Ayaz Sadiq, Speaker of the National Assembly of Pakistan, who is on an official visit to Azerbaijan, the Cabinet of Ministers told APA.
The meeting highlighted the development dynamics of the brotherly Azerbaijan-Pakistan relations based on mutual trust and support.
Satisfaction was expressed with the high level of political dialogue between the two countries.
The importance of interparliamentary cooperation was noted, with the mutual beneficial relations established between the legislative bodies of Azerbaijan and Pakistan positively contributing to the comprehensive development of interstate relations.
During the meeting, prospects for expanding cooperation in various fields between the two countries and other mutually interesting issues were also discussed.
