Jeyhun Bayramov, Azerbaijan’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, held a telephone conversation with Mohammad Ishaq Dar, Pakistan’s Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister, Azerbaijan MFA told APA.
The conversation covered issues arising from the existing strategic partnership relations between the two countries, opportunities for expanding the bilateral and multilateral cooperation agenda, as well as regional and international security matters of mutual interest.
Discussions revolved around the political, economic, security, and humanitarian aspects of the Azerbaijan-Pakistan strategic partnership based on mutual solidarity, friendship, and brotherhood. The sides underscored the importance of taking advantage of the existing opportunities to further enhance cooperation.
They also discussed collaboration within regional and international organizations, including the United Nations and the Organization of Islamic Cooperation.
During the phone conversation, the parties also exchanged views on other issues of mutual concern.

Pakistan's Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister, Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar, held a telephone conversation with Foreign Minister of Azerbaijan, Jeyhun Bayramov, APA reports.
During the telephone conversation they discussed areas of mutual interest and bilateral cooperation.
Reaffirming the strategic partnership between the two countries, both leaders expressed satisfaction on the joint efforts to further strengthen the close and fraternal ties. The two leaders also expressed satisfaction at the active cooperation between the two countries at multilateral fora particularly at the UN and OIC.
