Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs has expressed condolences over the tragic fire at the Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS) in Islamabad, the ministry said in a post on X, APA reports.
“We are deeply saddened by the tragic fire at the Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS) in Islamabad, which claimed the lives of newborn babies.
We extend our deepest condolences to the bereaved families and wish a speedy recovery to those injured.
We express our solidarity with the Government and people of brotherly Pakistan in this moment of profound sorrow,” the ministry said.
