During the one-on-one and expanded meetings of the foreign ministers of Azerbaijan and Georgia, views were exchanged on regional and global security issues, as well as post-conflict processes between Armenia and Azerbaijan, Foreign Minister of Azerbaijan Jeyhun Bayramov said at a joint press conference with his Georgian counterpart Maka Bochorishvili, APA's Tbilisi correspondent reports.
"During the discussions, we discussed the processes taking place on a global scale, security threats that may affect our region, and other issues of mutual interest. At the same time, I provided my valuable colleague with detailed information about the processes taking place in the post-conflict period between Armenia and Azerbaijan and its current stage. In this context, I provided information about the talks held between the leaders of Azerbaijan and Armenia in Abu Dhabi on July 10, as well as the current positive dynamics. We believe that there are good prospects on the path to peace. We consider it realistic to continue this path. There are certain steps to complete this path, but the Armenian side has not yet taken these steps," Jeyhun Bayrmaov noted.
