Jeyhun Bayramov, Azerbaijan's Minister of Foreign Affairs, held a telephone conversation with Mohammad Ishaq Dar, Pakistan's Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, MFA told APA.
The ministers hailed the strategic collaborative partnership between the two friendly and fraternal countries. The two emphasized the need to further deepen cooperation in many domains.
The sides also discussed the high-level contacts between the two countries' leaders, the implementation of the agreements reached during the last visit of the Pakistani Prime Minister to Azerbaijan, as well as the upcoming plans.
During the telephone conversation, the two exchanged views on other bilateral and regional issues of mutual interest.

A phone call took place between the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, Mahammad Ishag Dar, and the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan, Jeyhun Bayramov, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Pakistan said, APA reports.
It was noted that Mahammad Ishag Dar expressed his gratitude for the sincere hospitality extended during the recent visit of the Prime Minister of Pakistan to Azerbaijan.
The foreign ministers agreed to closely cooperate in order to accelerate the implementation of decisions made during that visit regarding trade and investment.
