Minister of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Colonel General Kamaladdin Heydarov, met with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Poland to Azerbaijan, Paweł Radomski, the Ministry of Emergency Situations' Press Service told APA.
Minister Kamaladdin Heydarov, warmly welcoming Ambassador Paweł Radomski, emphasized that the relations between Azerbaijan and Poland are based on mutual respect and sincere partnership. In this context, the Minister referred to the effective work carried out so far by the Intergovernmental Commission on Economic Cooperation between the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Republic of Poland, of which he is a co-chair, and spoke about the issues ahead.
Informing the guest about the work carried out in Azerbaijan on the prevention of emergencies and the elimination of their consequences, including the activities of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, Minister Kamaladdin Heydarov emphasized the mutual benefits of expanding relations between the relevant agencies of the two friendly countries in this direction.
Expressing gratitude for the sincere meeting, Ambassador Paweł Radomski expressed satisfaction with the continuous expansion of relations between the two countries in various fields. Within this framework, Ambassador P. Radomski noted that there are good opportunities to develop cooperation between the relevant agencies of the two countries in the prevention of emergencies and the elimination of their consequences and assured that he will spare no effort in this direction.
A broad exchange of views was held during the meeting on issues of mutual interest.
