On March 15, 2024, the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Republic of Azerbaijan Samir Sharifov has met with Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan Rakhmatulla Nurimbetov, who is on visit to Azerbaijan to participate in the XI Global Baku Forum, MFA told APA.
During the meeting, high-level political dialogue strengthening the strategic partnership between the two brotherly states, as well as it playing a key role in enriching it with new content was noted.
Also, satisfaction was expressed with the positive dynamics observed in all areas of bilateral relations and future activities for further deepening of cooperation were discussed.
A wide range of views were exchanged on other important regional and international issues of mutual interest at the meeting.
