Azerbaijan will join the “Council of Europe Convention against Trafficking in Human Organs” with a special statement, APA reports..
This was stated today during a videoconference session of the Milli Majlis Committee on Legal Policy and State Building, while discussing the draft law on the approval of the “Council of Europe Convention against Trafficking in Human Organs.”
It was noted that this is due to the fact that the provisions of the Convention are not applied to Armenia until relations with Armenia are normalized.

The Milli Majlis (Azerbaijani Parliament) will ratify the “Council of Europe Convention against Trafficking in Human Organs,” APA reports.
The draft law on this matter will be submitted for discussion at today’s meeting of the parliament’s Committee on Legal Policy and State Building.
