Members of the Azerbaijan–Russia Intergovernmental Commission have familiarized themselves with the reconstruction and restoration works carried out in the city of Zangilan, APA reports.
The members of the Intergovernmental Commission, who are on a visit to the Zangilan district, visited the district center and closely observed the ongoing construction works.
The guests were informed that, in accordance with the approved Master Plan of Zangilan city, internal road and communication networks, residential complexes, as well as an administrative building, a school, a kindergarten, and a central district hospital are being constructed.
The first residential neighborhood, surrounded by green areas, is located in the central part of the city. The buildings constructed in the first residential neighborhood include 104 apartments consisting of 2, 3, 4, and 5 rooms.
It was noted that modern and minimalist architectural approaches, as well as national ornamental elements, are being used in the construction of buildings in the neighborhood.
The Zangilan Congress Center, school, kindergarten, and other infrastructure facilities, as well as the new Zangilan mosque, will shape the city’s image as a modern residential area.
