“Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan relations are built on solid legal foundations and are developing," Kazakhstan's Ambassador to Azerbaijan, Alim Bayel, said during an event organized on the occasion of the country's Republic Day, APA reports.
He noted that the current relations, which are acquiring new content, are based on strategic partnership, alliance, and legal foundations: “Our countries’ relations are based on legal documents. The Creativity Center Named After Kurmangazy, built by the Kazakh government in Fuzuli and already operational, demonstrates the further development of our ties. At the same time, we are confident that Kazakhstan's presidency in the OTS will be successfully completed. Azerbaijan will make efforts to further enhance the role of the Conference on Interaction and Confidence-Building Measures in Asia.”
