"As Türkiye, we are proudly watching the transformation of Azerbaijan into the shining star of the South Caucasus," Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Türkiye Hakan Fidan said as he delivered a speech at the XI Global Baku Forum, APA reports.
He said that Azerbaijan has become a hub in the field of regional projects and regional diplomacy.
"Azerbaijan hosted and is hosting important events. Azerbaijan plays an important role in Europe's energy security."
Hakan underscored =that Azerbaijan has an important dialogue with Europe in the field of energy security.
