A delegation led by the Prosecutor General of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Kamran Aliyev, paid an official visit to Uzbekistan on September 24, the press service of the Prosecutor General's Office told APA.
A bilateral meeting was held at the Prosecutor General's Office of Uzbekistan.
Prosecutor General of Uzbekistan Nigmatilla Yuldashev expressed his satisfaction with the constantly developing partnership relations between our states in all areas, including the high-level cooperation between the prosecutor's offices. Noting the effectiveness of mutual activities at both bilateral and multilateral levels, within the framework of international organizations, he expressed confidence that mutual relations between the prosecutor's offices of the two states will continue to be successful.
Within the framework of the meeting, the Prosecutor Generals of Azerbaijan and Uzbekistan signed the “Cooperation Program for 2026–2027 between the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Republic of Uzbekistan” aimed at further intensifying existing sectoral ties.
