“Failure of international institutions to fulfil their obligations is one of the challenges we face,” said Assistant to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Head of Foreign Policy Affairs Department of the Presidential Administration Hikmet Hajiyev as he addressed a panel session of the 11th Global Baku Forum on “Fixing the Fractured World” in Baku, APA reports.
Mentioning numerous countries not being able to utterly avert the impact of COVID-19, Hikmet Hajiyev emphasized that Azerbaijan took the initiative of equal distribution of vaccines.
“We witness the international institutions, European organizations going through a crisis. European institutions are under the miserable situation. Azerbaijan would contribute to the restoration of the divided world with its initiatives, but, we are still facing negative approaches against our country. Azerbaijan has no obligations before the European Parliament," the Assistant to the President underlined.
