Discussions are underway between the Foreign Ministries of Azerbaijan and Armenia, Hikmet Hajiyev, Assistant to the President of Azerbaijan, Head of the Foreign Policy Department of the Presidential Administration, told journalists, APA reports.
According to him, there are certain unresolved issues between the two countries, which are being considered in a working manner.
The Assistant to the President noted that there is no longer a war factor between the two countries.
"Azerbaijan has fully ensured its territorial integrity and sovereignty. The Armenian occupying forces have also been withdrawn from the territory of Azerbaijan," Hikmet Hajiyev added.
