“There’s no issue named Nagorno-Karabakh for Azerbaijan anymore,” said Assistant to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Head of Foreign Policy Affairs Department of the Presidential Administration Hikmetn Hajiyev during his speech at “Peace, Development and Connectivity in the South Caucasus” panel hosted within the framework of the Antalya Diplomacy Forum 2024, APA's correspondent assigned to Antalya reports.

Hikmat Hajiyev said that Azerbaijan liberated has its territories that was under occupation for 30 years using UN right of self-defence.

“Azerbaijan’s agenda consists of peace and regional cooperation. Azerbaijan has developed 5 fundamental principles for a peace treaty with Armenia after the war in 2020. The diplomatic negotiations between sides are ongoing. The meeting of the leaders within the framework of the Munich Security Conference was held in a productive and positive atmosphere,” - Assistant of the President emphasized.
