“We are currently working on determining the financing model of the TRIPP project,” Armenia’s Deputy Foreign Minister Vahan Kostanyan said in a statement to journalists following the panel session titled “South Caucasus: On the Path to Becoming a Strategic Center” held as part of the Antalya Diplomacy Forum, APA’s correspondent dispatched to Türkiye reports.
“We are continuing the implementation phase of the TRIPP project together with our American colleagues, or preparing to begin work on the ground. After the TRIPP Implementation Framework was adopted in January, this process has been actively progressing. At present, we are working on determining the financing model and discussing how the ‘TRIPP’ company, which will be registered in Armenia, will be structured. In other words, very active work is underway. At the same time, together with our American partners, feasibility studies are being conducted in parallel for possible routes to determine where various connection lines will pass,” Kostanyan noted.
