The practical phase of implementing the initiative called the “Trump Route” (TRIPP), including the start of construction work, is planned for 2026, APA reports, citing Armenia’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
It was noted that Armenia is holding intensive negotiations with American partners on establishing the legal framework of the “Trump Route for International Peace and Prosperity” project and developing regulatory mechanisms.
It was also stated that “TRIPP Company,” a joint Armenia–U.S. enterprise, will be registered in Armenia and will have the right to develop the necessary infrastructure, including railways and highways, oil and gas pipelines, as well as fiber-optic communication lines.
