Armenia has received Azerbaijan's statement of claim regarding the arbitration case, the Office of Armenia's representative on international legal matters said, APA reports.
According to the information, the official Yerevan received the statement of claim on 12 February 2025, the Azerbaijani side has filed the Statement of Claim with the Permanent Court of Arbitration in The Hague in its arbitration case against Armenia under the Convention on the Conservation of European Wildlife and Natural Habitats of 1979 (‘the Bern Convention’).
Note that Azerbaijan has filed the statement of claim against Armenia under the arbitration. Azerbaijan is seeking full reparations from Armenia.
