We had previously reported that Armenia raised flags bearing the crusader cross along its border with Azerbaijan.
In a report released on October 8 of this year, it was stated that crusader crosses are clearly visible on flags raised along Armenia’s state border.
The report included photos and videos showing flags bearing crosses.
The crusader flags were raised in the villages of Shurnukh and Vorotan in Gorus.
According to information obtained by APA, at around 17:00-18:00 yesterday, the Armenian side brought a crane to the Vorotan village area, lowered the flag bearing a cross, and raised Armenia's state flag without a cross in its place.
Around 20:00 yesterday, Armenians also used a crane to lower the flag with a cross in the village of Shurnukh and replaced it with a plain flag without a cross.
