"Armenia continues to obstruct the signing of a peace agreement," Vice Speaker Ziyafat Asgarov said at today's session of Azerbaijan's Milli Majlis, APA reports.

He noted that the territorial claims against Azerbaijan must be removed from Armenia's Constitution to sign the peace agreement: "Armenia must hold a referendum for this agreement to be signed. We are signing the agreement not with Pashinyan, but with the Armenian state. The political will of the Armenian people must be behind this agreement."
