Ankara to host trilateral meeting of Foreign Relations Committees of Azerbaijan-Türkiye-Georgia Parliaments

The Chair of the Milli Majlis Committee on Foreign and Interparliamentary Relations, Samad Seyidov, along with members of the Parliament Sevinc Fataliyeva, Asim Mollazada, and Nasib Mahamaliyev, will visit Ankara, Türkiye, on December 2 to attend the trilateral meeting of the Foreign Relations Committees of the Azerbaijan-Türkiye-Georgia Parliaments, the Press and Public Relations Department of the Milli Majlis told APA.

The discussions at the meeting will focus on the role of parliamentary diplomacy in implementing projects proposed by governments, expanding regional and international cooperation, and issues of political, humanitarian, economic, trade, energy, transport, and communication cooperation between the three countries. Additionally, the situation in the Caucasus and the Middle East, the COP29 event held in Baku, and other important topics are also on the agenda. A press conference will be held at the end of the event.

The visit will conclude on December 4.
