Ankara hosts trilateral meeting of Foreign Relations Committees of the Azerbaijani, Turkish and Georgian parliaments

A trilateral meeting of the Foreign Relations Committees of the Azerbaijani, Turkish and Georgian parliaments was held in Ankara, APA reports.

According to the report, the meeting was attended by Samad Seyidov, Chairman of Azerbaijan's Milli Majlis Committee for International Relations and Interparliamentary Relations, MPs Sevinj Fataliyeva, Asim Mollazadeh and Nasib Mahamaliyev.

During the discussions on the role of parliamentary diplomacy in the implementation of projects presented by governments, issues related to the expansion of regional and international cooperation and cooperation between our countries in the political, humanitarian, economic, trade, energy, transport and communications sectors were discussed.

In addition, the situation in the Caucasus and the Middle East, the COP29 event held in Baku and other important topics are also on the agenda of the meeting.
