“In June, we held our first economic dialogue within the framework of Baku Energy Week. U.S. and Azerbaijani companies signed agreements worth more than $8 billion in total. Now, the embassy’s task is to ensure the implementation of these projects in the autumn months,” U.S. Chargé d’Affaires in Azerbaijan Amy Carlon told APA during the diplomatic corps’ visit to Karabakh.
She recalled that this was her second visit to Khankendi: “Since my last visit, I have witnessed new developments. We familiarized ourselves with the work carried out in the field of infrastructure and the work underway at the Khankendi Railway and Bus Station Complex.”
The diplomat noted that they would later travel to Shusha, where they would have the opportunity to see all the projects being implemented there.
