Turkish-Azerbaijani relations are experiencing their most perfect period in history, Turkish Ambassador to Azerbaijan Birol Akgün said at the "Türkiye-Azerbaijan Brotherhood Forum" held in Baku, APA reports.
The ambassador said that brotherly relations are the foundation of this.
"As emphasized by the Great Leader Heydar Aliyev, "One nation, two states", as well as Ataturk's "Azerbaijan's joy is our joy, its sorrow is our sorrow" are our basic slogans," the diplomat noted.
The diplomat said that the 44-day Patriotic War was shown and watched by Turkish journalists in Türkiye: "The unity of media representatives is very important for us to avoid treacherous events like July 15 again, and even if they do happen, to overcome these difficulties together."
