This aid sent to our country is a key indicator that ties between our peoples are becoming stronger and will further strengthen in the future, Maksat Mamytkanov, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kyrgyz Republic to Azerbaijan told journalists, APA reports.
He also expressed gratitude to the country's leadership and the Azerbaijani people for the aid: "As the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kyrgyz Republic to Azerbaijan, I express my deep gratitude to the leadership of the Republic of Azerbaijan, especially President Ilham Heydar oglu Aliyev, as well as to the leadership of the Ministry of Emergency Situations and the Azerbaijani people for this humanitarian aid sent to Kyrgyzstan once again. This aid, being a guarantee of the political course determined by our leaders and presidents, also serves to create the necessary conditions for further strengthening the Turkic brotherhood in the future. Since spring has begun in our country, wildfires are usually recorded more frequently during this season. Therefore, sending the aid at such a time is of great importance."
