The fourth graduation of the European Youth Competition was held in Baku under the slogan "Green Future", APA reports.

The event was organized within the framework of the "For Our Planet" campaign, funded by the European Union.

The competition brought together many talented young people, from secondary school students to university students, from various regions of Azerbaijan.

The EU Ambassador to Azerbaijan, Peter Michalko, stated that as a global leader in renewable energy and green policy, the European Union places special importance on supporting the ideas of Azerbaijani youth: "Today, it is exciting for us to learn from young people and discover their valuable solutions aimed at addressing the real sustainability challenges around us. It is clear to me that the innovative approaches of these teams create great hope for the future of Azerbaijan and our planet. I thank all the teams for their hard work and brilliant ideas."

The EU "Green Future" competition featured 128 teams representing 512 participants from Agdash, Baku, Khankandi, Ismayilli, Lankaran, and Shamkir. Four teams, each consisting of four members, advanced to the final stage. The competition's jury evaluated the finalists and selected the winning team.
